We want you to feel completely safe buying DesignPass. If it's not right for you, we'll make it right.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you join DesignPass and decide within the first 14 days that it's not for you, email us and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked. You don't need to explain yourself or jump through any hoops. Just let us know and we'll take care of it.

The 14-day window starts from the date of your purchase, regardless of when sessions are scheduled or how many you've attended.

After 14 days

After the 14-day window closes, we don't offer refunds for the current billing period. But you can cancel your subscription at any time, and you'll keep full access to everything through the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't cut you off early.

Canceling just means your membership won't renew next year. It doesn't affect your access today.

Team plans

The same 14-day guarantee applies to team and enterprise purchases. If you buy seats for your team and decide within 14 days that it's not the right fit, we'll refund the full amount. Email us and we'll handle it promptly.

How to request a refund

Email us at hi@joincofi.com with the subject line "Refund Request". Include the email address you used to sign up and we'll take it from there. You don't need to include a reason, though we always appreciate hearing what we could do better.

Processing time

Once we confirm your refund, it typically takes 5–10 business days to appear back on your original payment method. This is determined by your bank or card issuer, not by us we initiate the refund immediately. If you don't see it after 10 business days, let us know and we'll follow up with Stripe.

A note from us

We built this guarantee because we believe in what we're making. If DesignPass isn't delivering value for you, we'd rather refund you than have you stay out of obligation. The sessions are only worth attending if they're actually useful and if they're not, we want to know why.
